These guys continue to push the envelope for web usability, free music (listening), and creative flash design. Just pick an artist or a track for whatever you're in the mood for, then sit back and enjoy. Pandora will serve you up with a custom built playlist which (with an account - free with ads) you can give feedback whether you liked it or not. There's even an iTunes interface for if you want to go and purchase the album or song. This is genius.
